Uso sugerido:

The best product on the market. Much better than melatonin. My husband is in medicine and is very picky about ingredients. He tried this several times when I told him how amazing it is and now he asks me to reorder. I like the other products too. Very satisfied.
So far this has been really helpful for getting consecutive hours of deeper sleep. I have had sleep problems for a long time and my husband and cats still wake me up but if left alone and i can wake myself up i can say this supplement has done wonders for falling asleep and staying asleep.
