5-HTP has all the ingredients you need for restful sleep in convenient capsule form. The dosages are effective and it’s nice not to have to drink a ton of fluid (some sleep supplements are powdered) this doesn’t make you wake up «to go» all night. Good job
I use it a few days a week and other than any other over the counter product it has worked wonders for me. After a couple of days without taking this, I will wake up a lot more than without taking it. When I am using this and wake up during the night it helps me get back to sleep faster without any problem.
So I’m always skeptical of these types of products at first but I read the reviews and said «What the heck» so the first night I took it as directed and within 30-45 minutes I felt my body start to relax naturally and I felt I relaxed my body and went to bed.
