I’ve been taking it for a while now and it’s not too hard to swallow (especially the newer ones) and to date we don’t have any vision problems.
This was the best price I found on these. My ophthalmologist recommended that I start taking them to start the macula degeneration. They look huge, but they are slippery and easy to swallow.
