Vitamin C. I have a lot of sinus problems, I take it every day, it seems to reduce the number of sinus infections I get each year.
Easy to digest than normal pills. Everyone has to use it..more on people like me who barely eat enough vegetables and fruits. Ideal for allergy sufferers. Personally I mix with Collagen before breakfast or before bed.
This is a great help for the immune system. I have been using this emergency vitamin C for a long time and it helps me a lot.
