You can really feel the sedative effects. It’s a decent size pill and might make you sleepy, honestly. But is it worth it. You feel much more relaxed, libido increases, sleep quality increases. Due to its sedative effects, it may also lower blood pressure.
You will definitely notice a difference in energy after 3 months of taking this product. I digest better, sleep better and somehow think better. I am a committed believer in NOW. They cost a bit more because you get a lot more out of them.
