It is a great antioxidant blend. I have been using it to help in my stressful work days in a stressful environment. It’s a precaution and I think it works well.
Gelcaps can be hard to swallow and are just over the top. You are not hit with the smell when you open the bottle which I like. I have chronic pancreatitis and this is one of the recommended Supplements. I find these easy to work with.
This product has been very effective in controlling my diabetes and keeping my blood sugar levels stable, as well as improving my renal system.
I really struggle with bloating and water retention. Sometimes it can be so bad that my wedding rings don’t fit! However, since getting into a routine with this product, I have had no issues with scattering and puffiness. Highly recommended!
