I put a little of that every day in my smoothie, really a boost to my energy, going to get more soon.
I liked that I didn’t have to deal with the taste of Amla, which when taken in powder form is like dealing with the bad taste of sawdust.
Great for lifting my skin! if you drink a teaspoon every day, it will make your skin glow! But the only problem is that it also causes stomach acid, so you have to balance this with maybe honey.
Great source of vitamin c. Yes, amla is excellent for the eyes. As a vit c resource, it is easy on the stomach. It works very well and is a highly recommended supplement.
