The holy grail for someone like me with PCOS and blood sugar issues. I take 2 of these twice a day and feel less bloated, tired and even less shaky after eating sugar. I will say that I also feel like taking these has helped regulate my cycle as well.

I have PCOS and didn’t get my period for 3 months, but on the day I was scheduled to take the last set of tablets MY PERIOD ARRIVED! I hope it settles down because I am ttc. I am about to buy the 3 month supply.
