Recommended I was over a year old and my period didn’t come I was going through tremendous hot flashes at night and during the day also such more intense heat that I can’t explain I started taking it in a month and a half suddenly my period came and the hot flashes already I have not felt them I feel that it is helping me in fact I already ordered the second bottle I recommend it with closed eyes
