After years of dealing with menstrual disturbances, this supplement has helped regulate my cycle. My symptoms associated with menstruation have also been reduced.
The holy grail for someone like me with PCOS and blood sugar issues. I take 2 of these twice a day and feel less bloated, tired and even less shaky after eating sugar. I will say that I also feel like taking these has helped regulate my cycle as well.
