This really helped lower my bp 🙏🏽 I have noticed that I get headaches when my bp goes up and this helps to lower it. I’m not taking prescription drugs and with this I don’t need to be.
As a pulmonary fibrosis patient, this product has been an important part of my treatment. I have noticed an improvement in my breathing capacity and greater comfort in my day to day, which has significantly improved my quality of life.
I think it’s effective, but it’s still too early to tell. I have reduced my regular dose of prescription drugs by 50% and my blood pressure is lower than the usual high level before the drugs. I am currently taking 1 capful a day and have ordered more bottles. I hope to be able to completely stop taking medications in the next few months. I will update again after a few weeks.
In just a few days of taking this, one in the morning and one before bed, my blood pressure has dropped considerably, so glad I don’t have to take a prescription medication!
