I have been taking this supplement for two months and have noticed a great improvement in my immunity. I have not gotten sick since I started taking it.
Since using this I have not had any headaches. Every day around 3 p.m. m., my blood pressure rises and my head hurts until I go to bed. Some days it would be all day. I tried prescription drugs and passed out from dehydration. I’m so glad I found this, I don’;t feel like my head is going to explode anymore. Highly recommended

I have been taking blood pressure medication for over 10 years. Tired of going to the Dr. for refills. I started taking this and it really works. I am monitoring my bp and it is running on the low side. So I’m still trying to figure out the right dosage for me.
