OK. I see my blood pressure and heart rate lower when taking this which is good because my heart rate is always up. My blood pressure went from 157 to 135. same numbers to me so it works

Well, I mean it has helped! I had a medical appointment today (diabetic checkup). My blood pressure was almost normal, very small. Considering that my numbers were really bad for 3 weeks and since I have been using this supplement everything is going very well.
