After looking at many vitamin options, especially those with iron and B’ vitamins, I decided to get this brand.
I have been taking blood pressure medication for 21 years. Despite that, my blood pressure was still high most of the time. First day of using this supplement and it was the lowest I have ever been on.
Vitamins usually upset my stomach but not this one. I have taken it once a day since I got it and it seems to be helping during cold winter and flu season.
