Much more energy. I am getting older and have been losing energy big time. I found out I am prediabetec. I have to admit that it’s hard to break all the habits, but now I really feel the effects of being stupid like when I drink a soda. Anyway, I found out that I have to have lunch and dinner early, because if I take it so late I won’t sleep at all. I really like this product, much more energy throughout the day.
The pill form does not cause stomach irritation or burping. The capsules give me reflux and sometimes irritate my stomach. These don’t cause either. I have recommended them to other friends looking for a supplement like this
