Some say turmeric cures all ills. I’m not making any such claims… But I do take some everyday because arthritis will make you try anything.
The taste is excellent. Take it once in the morning and at night. I haven’t checked my blood pressure yet, but imagine it will be great when I do. Mix it in water. A great pick me up in the morning. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to improve their overall health.

A FULL NIGHT’S SLEEP. This really works, I’ve seen it on TV and didn’t pay much attention to it. But now that I’ve tried it I’m very happy. I go to the bathroom before bed and sleep through the night without getting up every two hours to leave.
