It does help increase circulation. I have noticed a positive difference specifically with regards to lower back stiffness when I wake up in the morning. While taking this product…no more stiff back or cranky joints. Apparently my symptoms were due to a lack of proper circulation. This product works effectively.
I can’t take medicines to treat high cholesterol, but these work very well, I can keep my cholesterol under control, I recommend it for those who are going through the same thing as me
