I know a lot of people who swear by buying this elderberry for the immune system. And so I take it and hope for the best
I have high cholesterol, my cholesterol in June was 262 (checked by a doctor) I took this for three months (3 pills in the morning and 3 pills in the afternoon) and in September (checked by a doctor) my cholesterol was down to 242. So it’s working will continue to use this
