It is one of the vitamins that you. You need to strengthen your immune system and thus take care of colds and other problems. Protects the immune system…and they’re good.
I have tried other brands that are less expensive and have great reviews based on the reviews of others. When my current non-brand bottle runs out, I switch back. My 2 veins that are beginning to enlarge do not help each other like they do with this brand. I have learned my lesson.
