Works! I have a hard time falling asleep but what’s worse, I wake up around 3am and can’t get back to sleep. No problem since I use 5-HTP. Now I quickly fall asleep and stay asleep.
I have been taking it before bed every night when I need it most. I usually take it at 9 or 10 p.m. m. I do a little meditation and let it do its work. Other nights, when I get home very late from work, I take one and go to bed. When I wake up I feel a little revitalized and more rested so I make the most of it when I need it most.
