Restful and peaceful sleep The sleep aid is a useful adjunct to a much-needed restful sleep. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I’m happy to have this as part of my nighttime sleep routine. Extra quality sleep means being more productive during the day.
I started taking this product because I would wake up every night at 3 am and couldn’t get back to sleep (ahh, the joys of getting older!). I followed the instructions, 2 a night for 5 nights, then 2 nights off. It took about 2 weeks for me to see a difference, but now I’m sleeping through the night! I LOVE the product!
I have really bad insomnia, i have tried many otc sleep aids, and i must say that this 5-htp sleep aid works much better than most otc sleep aids. Within 30 minutes of taking the recommended dose, lying in bed, my body begins to feel relaxed, and before I know it, I am dreaming in never-never land. waking up energized to tackle the day with at least 6.5 hours of sleep can’t put a price on this product. awesome sleeping pills!!
This product has done a good job of stabilizing my sleep problems that I have had over the years. The low dose melatonin has helped me wake up in the morning and feel more awake/alert right from the start. Additionally, rutaecarpine has been effective in removing caffeine from my body, which has also been a game changer.
I have always had trouble falling asleep and my doctor prescribed several medications to help me fall asleep and they made me feel very tired and sleepy the next day. 5-HTP has allowed me to get a good night’s rest and feel 100% the next day!
