After trying several different products over the years due to not being able to sleep at night, I saw the reviews for 5-HTP and thought I’d give it a try. After taking the product for a week I started to notice a difference. I can finally sleep at night and feel great the next day.
Works! I have a hard time falling asleep but what’s worse, I wake up around 3am and can’t get back to sleep. No problem since I use 5-HTP. Now I quickly fall asleep and stay asleep.

So far this has been really helpful for getting consecutive hours of deeper sleep. I have had sleep problems for a long time and my husband and cats still wake me up but if left alone and i can wake myself up i can say this supplement has done wonders for falling asleep and staying asleep.
