I usually sleep around 2-3 hours a night, this has been going on for a few years. The first night I took 5-HTP, I slept for seven to eight hours. I was afraid the pills would stop working, but after using them for 15 days, they still work. I will be happy for as long as they work. Thanks for this product.
The biggest downside for me was the adrenal fatigue reset/help.
