So far this has been really helpful for getting consecutive hours of deeper sleep. I have had sleep problems for a long time and my husband and cats still wake me up but if left alone and i can wake myself up i can say this supplement has done wonders for falling asleep and staying asleep.
I use it a few days a week and other than any other over the counter product it has worked wonders for me. After a couple of days without taking this, I will wake up a lot more than without taking it.
