I usually sleep around 2-3 hours a night, this has been going on for a few years. The first night I took 5-HTP, I slept for seven to eight hours. The best product on the market. Much better than melatonin. My husband is in medicine and is very picky about ingredients. He tried this several times when I told him how amazing it is and now he asks me to reorder. I like the other products too. Very satisfied.
So far this has been really helpful for getting consecutive hours of deeper sleep. I have had sleep problems for a long time and my husband and cats still wake me up but if left alone and i can wake myself up i can say this supplement has done wonders for falling asleep and staying asleep.
