I have been taking this 5-HTP supplement for over 2 years. I went through a very stressful patch in grad school, but didn’t have insurance to go see a therapist (and really didn’t want to take prescription anxiety/depression meds). After a bit of research, I found this.
I was recently diagnosed with PTSD and felt like I was on an unpredictable emotional roller coaster. After doing some research and reading the reviews, I gave this product a try. I noticed a huge difference in the way I felt when dealing with the stressors of everyday life.
I constantly stopped in a bad mood, my children gave me this supplement and now I am better.
I take this around 7pm. When I’m starting to relax It eases the stress of the day without knocking me out too quickly, then when I’m ready for bed I fall asleep much faster. Great product and I love that it is all natural. I use it more for stress than anything else!
I am taking this product to help me fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep longer and it is doing all of the above!
