This supplement has been a valuable addition. on to keep my cholesterol under control. In addition, it has given me a feeling of general well-being and greater physical resistance.

I use it for my hair as a deep conditioner and also to mix into my smoothie. For me, there was no mandatory flavor because my fruits were masking the flavor, so I’m basically having a delicious smoothie as usual without this changing the flavor.
