Within 30 minutes of taking the recommended dose, lying in bed, my body begins to feel relaxed, and before I know it, I am dreaming in never-never land. waking up energized to tackle the day with at least 6.5 hours of sleep can’t put a price on this product. awesome sleeping pills!!
This product has done a good job of stabilizing my sleep problems that I have had over the years. The low dose melatonin has helped me wake up in the morning and feel more awake/alert right from the start. Additionally, rutaecarpine has been effective in removing caffeine from my body, which has also been a game changer.
I have always had trouble falling asleep and my doctor prescribed several medications to help me fall asleep and they made me feel very tired and sleepy the next day. 5-HTP has allowed me to get a good night’s rest and feel 100% the next day!
