Uso sugerido:

I generally use this sleep aid in a two capsule dosage right before bed when I remember. It is extremely beneficial and I do wake up feeling very mildly groggy, but that could also be partly due to the substantial amounts of liquor I consume.
I use it a few days a week and other than any other over the counter product it has worked wonders for me. After a couple of days without taking this, I will wake up a lot more than without taking it. When I am using this and wake up during the night it helps me get back to sleep faster without any problem.
I used to be on Ambien and wanted something that wasn’t so «hypnotic» so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m so happy I tried it because it really works, it’s not hypnotic in any way, and I’ve been falling asleep naturally, which is wonderful! Thanks genius!
I have tried many different ones. This one works better. I don’t wake up groggy in the morning. Take 2 approximately 30 minutes before bed. Before this I had a hard time falling asleep and now I don’t. I take it on work days and take two days off when I’m not working.
