Uso sugerido:
Tome de 1 a 2 cápsulas a la hora de acostarse con 8 onzas de agua o según lo indique un profesional de la salud. Precaución: solo para adultos. No exceda la dosis recomendada. Restful sleep. The sleep aid gives me one of the best dreams of my life. It is a deep sleep that is not so deep that you are groggy in the morning. I feel like it also helps me fall asleep faster, especially after having a late workout with the previous work still in my system.
I generally use this sleep aid in a two capsule dosage right before bed when I remember. It is extremely beneficial and I do wake up feeling very mildly groggy, but that could also be partly due to the substantial amounts of liquor I consume.
I learned about this product from my older cousin who loves it. I tried a bottle and found that i can leave my prescription to sleep. This is an exceptional product and as an experienced RN with many sleeping pills given to patients I believe it should replace all others. It provides a feeling of sleep and I sleep more at night.
