I love this sleep aid. I was diagnosed with insomnia and prescribed Xanex for many, many years. Well, I decided to quit. I take this with Unisom and valerian root and it works without feeling groggy in the morning. I am so grateful to have found these things.
I wasn’t sure how well this product was working for me until I ran out of it. I fell asleep quickly and had deeper, quality sleep. I still wake up around 4 am but can usually fall back asleep quickly. I feel more refreshed by taking this product.
