I have really bad insomnia, i have tried many otc sleep aids, and i must say that this 5-htp sleep aid works much better than most otc sleep aids. Within 30 minutes of taking the recommended dose, lying in bed, my body begins to feel relaxed, and before I know it, I am dreaming in never-never land. waking up energized to tackle the day with at least 6.5 hours of sleep can’t put a price on this product. awesome sleeping pills!!

The biggest downside for me was the adrenal fatigue reset/help. This has really helped with that and getting a good rest because I drink a lot of good energy drinks like celcius, none of that monster stuff. I have noticed that I wake up feeling more rested than before and I don’t feel tired after an hour since I woke up like I used to.
