Uso sugerido:

I have really bad insomnia, i have tried many otc sleep aids, and i must say that this 5-htp sleep aid works much better than most otc sleep aids. Within 30 minutes of taking the recommended dose, lying in bed, my body begins to feel relaxed, and before I know it, I am dreaming in never-never land. waking up energized to tackle the day with at least 6.5 hours of sleep can’t put a price on this product. awesome sleeping pills!!
I generally use this sleep aid in a two capsule dosage right before bed when I remember. It is extremely beneficial and I do wake up feeling very mildly groggy, but that could also be partly due to the substantial amounts of liquor I consume.

I have used the typical over the counter sleeping pills and wanted to try these because they are more natural. I tracked it with my fitbit and found that i get better quality sleep with these than over the counter sleeping pills. I am more awake and have more energy during the day. I love them. I just wish they weren’t so damn expensive.
I have tried many other herbal and homeopathic remedies and have not had the good results that I get with 5-HTP. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I have a tendency to have nightmares with other products and I don’t have that problem with 5-HTP. Thank you.
