I have used the typical over the counter sleeping pills and wanted to try these because they are more natural. I tracked it with my fitbit and found that i get better quality sleep with these than over the counter sleeping pills. I am more awake and have more energy during the day. I love them. I just wish they weren’t so damn expensive.
The biggest downside for me was the adrenal fatigue reset/help. This has really helped with that and getting a good rest because I drink a lot of good energy drinks like celcius, none of that monster stuff. I have noticed that I wake up feeling more rested than before and I don’t feel tired after an hour since I woke up like I used to.
I have been taking 5-HTP for the past two weeks and it really helps me fall asleep. I wake up refreshed and energized because I actually sleep better at night. I like 5-HTP because it doesn’t feel like you’ve taken a sedative. I will continue to use this product.
