This has given me the best sleep I’ve had in a few months. As I have been monitoring my sleep and drinking coffee, my sleep was interrupted by nervousness. 5-HTP has put me to sleep until the alarm goes off. I’ll keep this on my auto order list!
I generally use this sleep aid in a two capsule dosage right before bed when I remember. It is extremely beneficial and I do wake up feeling very mildly groggy, but that could also be partly due to the substantial amounts of liquor I consume.

I have tried many other herbal and homeopathic remedies and have not had the good results that I get with 5-HTP. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I have a tendency to have nightmares with other products and I don’t have that problem with 5-HTP. Thank you.
