I have been looking for a night aid that does not have any side effects. I’ve tried several brands that start off with a strong feeling of sleepiness, and when I wake up, a residual, unrefreshed effect. I am very blessed to have tried JUST ONE MORE. Thanks to the 5-HTP supplement. This is now my go-to when I know I need that fast, deep sleep.
I have used the typical over the counter sleeping pills and wanted to try these because they are more natural. I tracked it with my fitbit and found that i get better quality sleep with these than over the counter sleeping pills. I am more awake and have more energy during the day. I love them. I just wish they weren’t so damn expensive.
